Second Storey Extension Wellington

The owners of this lovely home in Paraparaumu wanted some extra space, so they asked us to add a 50 square metre second storey. Our team met the tight 10-week timeframe with ease, adding two extra bedrooms, a playroom and a bathroom. The addition is seamless and looks like it’s been there for a long time – just what the owners wanted.

“From the outset, Mark and his team were first class. They guided us through the process and explained the building concept, costings and sub-contracting in easy-to-understand terms.
