- Conditional upon existing plumbing matching up with new fixtures
- There may be additional charges for changing fixtures/plumbing to suit requirements.
- Skirting may require replacement depending on new items perfectly replacing old or not - charges may apply
- Recessed mirror cabinets only available when no pipes or wiring in the wall behind
- Toilet model subject to existing plumbing
